No Warranty / No Return

All goods are sold strictly on an “as is where is” basis. No guarantee, warranty or assurance of performance, merchantability, suitability or fitness is provided. Goods once sold shall not be taken back, returned, exchanged or refunded.

Buyer’s Sole Risk

The purchaser confirms that goods are purchased after independent satisfaction and at the purchaser’s sole risk, understanding and responsibility.

Transit Risk

Where goods are dispatched through courier, transporter, parcel service or third-party carrier, transit shall be entirely at the purchaser’s risk. Loss, theft, breakage, delay or damage in transit shall not render the seller liable for refund, replacement or compensation unless expressly agreed in writing.

Payment Terms & Interest

All product invoices are payable on the same day of billing unless otherwise agreed in writing. Delayed payments shall attract interest at 18% per annum until full payment.

Scope of Service

Any vastu correction, advisory, consultation, site review or remedial recommendation shall be based solely upon the professional understanding, interpretation, experience and methodology of VastuEnergetics LLP and/or its representatives. No Result Guarantee

No guarantee, warranty, assurance or representation is made regarding specific results, improvements, gains, remedies, profitability, health, relationships or any other outcome from implementation of advice or corrections.

Indemnity

The client/customer agrees to indemnify and keep indemnified VastuEnergetics LLP, its partners, employees, consultants and representatives from and against all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising out of use of products, implementation of suggestions, reliance upon services, third-party claims, misuse or modification by the client.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction- Mumbai Jurisdiction

All disputes, claims, proceedings or matters arising out of workshops, services, invoices, product sales or these terms shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of competent courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra only.

Acceptance

Payment of fees, purchase of goods, attendance at workshop, acceptance of invoice, or availing any service shall constitute deemed acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
